Dear Cytotechnologists and Cyto-Pathologists,
Did you know that about 1.2 million cells are collected from the cervix for Cervical Cancer Screening and that, after processing one LBC vial, about 70,000 cells are transferred to the glass slide?

Thus, for every single slide, all these 70,000 cells must be examined by you to find the abnormal cells, even when there are just a few ones on this glass slide.

Imagine how many cells you are looking at every day with your microscope! After 15 LBC slides, you have already looked at more than a million ones.
Did you analyze every single cell and its nuclear details one by one?
This is not possible through human eyes within 5 to 10 minutes!

Thanks to Artificial Intelligence, Datexim developed a solution to analyze cells and their nuclear details for Cervical Cancer Screening.
CytoProcessor® is CE-marked and is used by Cytotechnologists and Cyto-Pathologists every day since 2017.

Once a slide is digitized, CytoProcessor® analyzes all the detected nuclei on the whole slide using about 250 visual features to categorize the cells as abnormal and normal, and sorting the abnormal ones by relevance for the diagnosis.
Even when there are only a few abnormal nuclei on the glass slide.

CytoProcessor® uses 24/7 the same algorithm, without losing focus, repeating the same analysis, to find these abnormal cells on every slide, helping you to make a more accurate and more reliable diagnosis (¹). Therefore, it brings a higher sensitivity, up to 96%, to your lab and to all the women behind the PAP smears who deserve the most reliable solutions for Cervical Cancer Screening.
