Scaling Digital Pathology in Germany: Trier Lab Success Story
We are thrilled to announce that Datexim largest German implementation is now live!
In early 2025, Pathologie Trier, a pathology lab that is part of Sonic Healthcare group, partnered with Datexim to transform their cervical cytology workflow. Handling a fair amount of slides annualy, the team required a solution that didn't just digitize, but truly enhanced diagnostic quality and operational efficiency.
The Solution:
By July 2025, CytoProcessor® was fully deployed, featuring:
Seamless support for ThinPrep preparation.
AI-assisted diagnostics to support pathologists in delivering high-precision results.
Available on existing workstations in the lab and remote.
This milestone reinforces Datexim commitment to scaling digital pathology across Europe.
The LIS integration with the Nexus solution should be finalized in the coming weeks, enabling a fully optimized, end-to-end digital workflow.
